More than 34 years of experience

Follow-Up has been in business for more than 34 years, so we have acquired the necessary experience in order to accomplish a wide variety of translation/localization projects (from English into Portuguese). From small ones to large ones, we treat each of our customers with the highest dedication and care! Our mission is to offer translation and localization solutions that fully meet our customers’ technology, time frame and quality needs, continuously promoting our team’s well-being and professional improvement, and to obtain results that enable us to invest in our company’s growth.

Luciana Lavôr

Luciana has been in the Translation/Localization business since 1984, and she is now responsible for Finance, Sales and Marketing at Follow-Up.

Certified by ATA and by The Localization Institute, Luciana has the required expertise to occasionally take part in some of our translation projects.

Ana Beatriz Fernandes

With Follow-Up since 1989, Ana Beatriz is in charge of Linguistic Quality Management at Follow-Up.

Certified by ATA, Ana Beatriz is also a Sworn Translator (since 2010). Therefore, all sworn translations that we offer to our customers are performed under her responsibility.

Adriana Valiña

With Follow-Up since 1994, Adriana is in charge of HR and Project Management. This includes quickly responding to clients and managing the whole cycle of translation projects.

From the initial quote to the final delivery, of a very small document or a large set of files, Adriana heads the whole team engaged in our projects.

Joana Lavôr

Translator, proofreader and transcreator in IT, Software Localization and Web Marketing projects since 2010. At Follow-Up Translation Services, Joana is Public Relations Director since 2022 and coordinates the Marketing Department and internal trainings with our collaborators.

Technology

We constantly make significant investments in technology resources, as we aim at providing the highest level of speed, stability, reliability and usefulness for the common tasks of network management and internal/external support, as well as for managing translation memories and CAT tools.

Our entire local network is protected by Firewall and antispyware & antivirus programs, permanently updated, which guarantee our company’s fully safe and non-stop operations.
